New nightmare for BSG fans

Two weeks after the shocking cancellation of Battlestar Galactica, a new nightmare was born.

One week before the last episode aired in USA, the home channel, ABC announced the cancel. The cancel probably was due the show's one million-per-episode cost, or maybe the low ratings but other experts say that the reason of the cancel was the pressure which Universal put on ABC because of some merchandise-profit issue. The point is, no one knows why BSG was cancelled, but everybody was shocked.

And recently Ronald D. Moore and David Elick (the producers) have announced a very sad information about the future of a BSG movie: there is no need for a movie in the storyline of the saga, so there won't beBattlestar Galactica movie in the future. But the good news is, the crew of BSG now is working two future projects: the series of Caprica and The Bionic Woman, which two will air this fall.
